HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Reach out to us within 2 days of receiving the order. You can send us an email at buzzeeworld@gmail.com, with your order details. We will send you our complete address for you to courier the parcel to us. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. We need to receive the returns within 6 days from the date of email communication. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will refund back the money into your card/bank account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

In that case, please write to at customer-care@buzzeebabies.com within 1 day of receiving the order. For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. You will have to courier the parcel to us once approve the defects as seen in the pictures shared by you. Once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you or refund the amount into your bank/card account.

  • An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery.
